Miss & Mr. Grand Sea World
Gives all contestants an equal opportunity to participate regardless of color, race, creed, or ethnic origin. It is also committed to carrying out selections in a fair and impartial way, without discrimination. During the contest period, contestants will fulfill different protocol.
PLACE AND DATE: Miss & Mr. Grand Sea World ® at Dubai in June, 2025*
The eleventh edition of the international contest will be held in DUBAI, one of the leading cities in the world for tourism and shopping
Arrival date : June 2025 Departure date: June 2025
The official language of the contest is English.
The contest program consists of profiles with an individual presentation of the participants with a preliminary photo shoot and video presentation to participate in the contest. After arrival to contest, each participant will have personal photo and video shoot for their TV profile. During the period of the contest, several special events will be organized
The International Directors or agency representatives, who take part in the Board of Judges are kindly requested to help in translation to their delegates in their preferred language during the participants interviews with the Board of International Judges
STANDARD CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATION: Miss – 18 to 29 years MRS – 30 to 39 years MRS Classic – 40+ years Mr. – 18 to 29 years Ms. – Curvy

- The preliminary Judging Board has the right to refuse the entry of a participant to the Contest
- The participant must have been selected by the National Director in domestic contest or casting.
The participant must have good moral character and possess poise, charm, personality and beauty of face and figure.
REQUIRMENTS AND WARDROBE
- One (1) national costume – Male / Female
- One dress (costume) for the SEA round – colour – Sea Blue. Any style, show us your creative and make your SEA costume – For all Models
- All male candidates for grand finale must wear, Formal suite with shirt and tie. (any colour)
- All Female candidates for grand Finale must wear, long evening dress – any colour
- Outfits for the evening ,welcome party – black or whites.
- Costume for Talent round
- Interview round – Formals
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Black high-heeled shoes for the female
- Black shoes for the male
- Blue jeans
- All candidates – swimwear – country flag colour.
- All Female must bring 1 pair of plain black heels for swim wear round.
- All Male must bring 1 pair of plain black beach slippers.
Don’t forget to bring:
- Small souvenirs for exchange between all models.
- Special souvenirs – 1 for Auction Donations – “Beauty with Purpose”.
- Country Sash
- National Flag – 150 x 100
CONTESTANTS WARRANT AND UNDERTAKE
- To arrive in the country where the contest will be held and to depart at the mentioned dates when the contest will be held.
- To have health insurance for the participant and her/his companions for the period of the contest (scanned copy of the health insurance must be sent in advance together with the flight information of the contestant and his/her companions)
- Contestants are required to behave in a respecftul and proper manner to other contestants, the members of the Jury, the press and all the employers involved in the event organization.
- During the event on penalty of unquestionable disqualification, contestants must: Be available for the organizer and the Jury.
- Grant permission to licensed photographers, TV and cinema operators to use their photographs or videos for promotional compensation. They should not sleep anywhere but in the hotel they were assigned to. To behave with dignity and fairness, in an unbiased manner and avoid being photographed topless or in scanty clothing.
- Provide all the personal information required with the utmost accuracy. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Avoid being photographed with trademarks and brand names that are not authorized by or involved in the organization.
- Not have any other commitments for the whole duration of the contest
- Failure to comply with any regulations set in the contest rules, on part of the winner, will result in forfeiture of the prize, which will be assigned to the second runner-up.
- The contestant must comply at all times during the period of the contest and keep up with the Organization Committee Official events and functions during the period of the contest. Otherwise not to leave the hotel (without permission of the Organization).
- To cooperate at all times and in all activities during the period of the contest.
- To be equipped with sufficient funds to cover incidental expenses such as: excess baggage charges, personal expenses and excess charges.
RULES FOR CONTESTANTS, NATIONAL DIRECTORS AND GUARDIANS
- The contestants must possess a personality according to her/his age
- During the week of the event, the contestants, accompanists and the national directors will have to support a suitable behavior, discipline and responsibility.
- The contestants will have to have a good scenic development and a good performance in all the activities.
- The contestants will have to be present at all the activities and practice with punctuality and respect for all delegates.
- The directors and accompanists will be able to be attend at all the activities with the exception of the practice.
- The decision of the judges is definitive and final and must be accepted by everyone.
- No one is allowed to approach the organizers or Jury Members to enquire about contestant evaluation. Members of the jury are prohibited from sharing their opinions about the contestants.
- The accompanists and the director take complete responsibility for their acts .
- Contestants, directors or guardians that arrive before or return after the dates settled upon by the organization will cover their own expenses.
DISQUALIFICATION:
- If a contestant or his/her parent/accompanist, National director violates the rules of the contest mentioned above, the Organization committee has a right to withdraw him/her without refund.
- If a contestant causes any harm or damage to the Organization staff by her/his behavior or public appearance, the Organization committee will have the right to deprive her/him of the title and demand compensation for the moral damage.
- If parents, guardians, participants or National Directors share disinformation about the contest, title, the results of the contest via mass media, internet, radio etc., The Organization Committee has the right for compensation of the moral damage.
* NB: If the Companion and the Contestant do not comply with the above, the Organization shall have the right to withdraw the contestant as one of the candidates and/or the winner. In such event they shall leave the country where the contest is held voluntarily and immediately
CONTESTANT AND COMPANION FEES:
- €800 for each participant accommodated in DBL room
- €800 for each guest/ family member
- €600 for each official TV or Media representative
- VIP Ticket on table for finale – € 100 for each person
- VIP Table for 6 persons – €500
- TV or media should accredit themselves to the organization committee 45 days before the contest dates.
