Hello,

for our event 25th – 27th March 2025 in Split we are looking for english speaking hostesses.
The event will be held at …. Split.
The Social Evening 26th March will take place in …. Club in Split.

Please find more details:

25th March
2 hostesses – 10:00 – 18:00 (opening day with afternoon workshop)
2 hostesses – 18:00 – 23:00 (Welcome Evening)

26th March
4 hostesses – 8:00 – 19:00 (conference day)
2 hostesses – 18:00 – 01:00 (Social Evening)

27th March
3 hostesses – 8:30 – 19:00 (conference day)

We have a special request – one shift of hostesses during the day (for the conference) and another for the evening (the welcome evening 25th March and social evening 26th March).

The hostesses will register incoming guests and hand out welcome bags and help us with small production activities. Would you be so kind as to send me the price offer – in EUR, please? (Including local Croatian rules for hostesses – e.g. breaks at given intervals etc.)

Dress:
Daily shift:
We would like to dress the ladies in t-shirt, trousers tight pants, white sneakers and blue jackets (we need to discuss the collors, I’ll let you know later). Is your agency able to provide this clothing for us? How much would it cost?

Evening shift:
We will provide evening dress. Let the ladies bring their own black high heels for the beginning of evening. They can change the shoes during the evening (let they bring black ballerinas).
